...WHEN DID I GET SO RIPPED!? I saw crazy back and shoulder muscles I didn't even know I had! It is such an amazing feeling when you see the results you've been working towards month after month! :)
Yesterday while I was at my body pump class they played an old track (from 2013). It was the first tricep track that I learned, and I remember struggling to complete it. Last night was a different story. I placed 16 pounds on my lap for dips (I should have put more) and my 8 lb weight for extensions and push backs weren't cutting it. It was far too easy. It is amazing to see how far I've come from my baseline.
Not sure when I entered beast mode...but it feels amazing. Only up from here!
